Vijay and Genelia in Pollachi

Genelia has almost become globe-trotter for her continuous projects shot across various locations. Having completed her long schedule shoot of Telugu movie 'Orange' in Australia, she is back in Pollachi now shooting for Vijay's 'Velayudham'.

According to the sources, Genelia has a separate track in 'Velayudham' to a certain extent as she bags a very powerful role offering a twist in Vijay's life. Genelia says the wonderful climatic conditions in Pollachi makes her feel like home in paradise.

'Velayudham' is produced by Aascar Ravichandran under the banner of Aascar Films with Raja wielding the megaphone. Though there are many rumors about the film being remake of yesteryear Telugu movie 'Azad', Jayam Raja denies them saying that the script is completely different.
