Jaya bags Kavalan?

Looks like Vijay’s Kavalan is in Jaya’s court. Sources report that Jaya TV is contemplating on buying the rights of this Vijay starrer. This is no surprise given the fact that Vijay’s father SA Chandrasekar had met the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa at her residence a few weeks ago.

This meeting raised a speculation about Vijay’s political entry and an alliance with the AIADMK. But now, with a talk that Jaya TV may jump the bandwagon of distributing movies and beginning it with Kavalan, the alliance seems to be more cinema-centric rather than politics, at least for now.
