Kalaipuli S Thanu is going to produce Pagalavan with Vijay which is confirmed by Vijay, Seeman and Thanu himself. Meanwhile, the producer has bagged a sweet 16 for resale. Thanu has purchased the distribution rights of the film Pathinaaru which has Shiva and Madhushalini in the lead roles.
Pathinaaru is directed by D Sabapathy, produced by Shiva Shankar and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. As a special highlight, Karthik Raja has sung a song under the music direction of Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film is ready for release on January 28, 2011.
The film has a romantic look to it which could be easily guessed as one of romantic genre. Kalaipuli S Thanu pins hopes on the film as it is a youthful entertainer. He believes that the film will succeed in brining young audiences to the theaters.
With the release being confirmed, Kalaipuli S Thanu kick starts the promotions of the film with a press meet and the film confirms its berth for January 28, 2011.
