The Ilayathalapthy underwent a dental procedure recently. The star was apparently not happy with his front teeth as it was slightly bigger than the rest.
On consulting his dentist, Vijay had his front teeth scaled down so that it is in line with the rest of his teeth.
Though the Ilayathalapathy needed no cosmetic correction, as his fans love him for what he is, this new look is sure to have his fans go crazy.
