Shankar changed it completely
Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots which created a rage of sorts in the country is being remade in Tamil as Nanban by director Shankar. The unit is busy shooting in Dehradun, Ooty, Chennai and other places. While Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth are reprising the roles of Aamir, Sharman and Maddy, lollu star Sathyaraj will be doing the role of professor Sahasrabuddhe Virus made memorable in Hindi by Boman Irani. To do this role, director Shankar has apparently made Sathyaraj ‘unlearn’ and ‘unrobe’ all that he has done and learnt so far which has resulted in a new avatar for the veteran.
Sathyaraj is very happy to see himself react in this way and credits Shankar for his transformation.
