Recently Comedian Santhanam played a thief role called Kaatupoochi in 'Siruthai', in the company of Karthi Sivakumar. Now Santhanam is playing a similar role in 'Velayudham' too. But this one is totally different to the one he did in Siruthai says Santhanam. He says that he wants to provide variety entertainment to the audience and carefully avoid doing same kind of characters.
