Vijay is back to Pollachi, his favorite shooting destination, to join the Velayutham camp which will begin its next schedule there.
The actor has to join the Nanban team very soon and in the intervening period will concentrate in Velayudham which is being directed by Jayam Raja.
Velayudham, which is the remake of the Telugu flick Azad, is expected to be attract the audiences to the theatres as Jayam Raja, the specialist in remake, is wielding the megaphone.
The film, produced by Aascar Ravichandran, has Genelia and Hansika Motwani playing the female leads to the Ilayathalapathy.
